The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) reviews applications for variances to the zoning code. BZA meets the third Thursday of the month at 6:30 PM in the City Hall Auditorium.
The board consists of five members who serve a term of five years each. Three members are appointed by the Mayor, and two members are appointed by City Council. Additionally, the Planning staff, Housing and Building staff, and the City Engineer provide technical advice and services to the board when necessary.
