Pavilion Rentals

Overview

The City of Lakewood uses an online reservation system for pavilion rentals. Individuals interested in renting the Woman’s Club Pavilion, Kiwanis Pavilion or Gazebo can use the online system to check if a date is available and reserve the pavilion. Please note that city property cannot be rented to sell goods or services.

Pavilions, gazebos, or shelters in Lakewood that are not listed on this page cannot be reserved and operate on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Lakewood Park Rentable Facilities

Women's Club Pavilion

Indoor, enclosed facility for meetings or public get-togethers.

Kiwanis Pavilion

Open air pavilion with four reservable sections featuring picnic tables.

Gazebo

Small, decorative open air shelter near the pedestrian walkway.

Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel a reservation, please email pavilions@lakewoodoh.gov or call (216) 529-6800.
  • To receive a full refund of all fees and deposits, a reservation must be cancelled no later than two weeks before the scheduled event date.
  • If cancelled within two weeks of the scheduled event, only the security deposit will be refunded.
  • Refunds are issued by check within 30 days of your rental date and are mailed to the address provided on the reservation.
