Bernice Pyke Park

1320 Belle Ave. Lakewood, OH 44107

Overview

Bernice Pyke Park is a small park in downtown Lakewood behind the Lakewood Center North parking garage. This space was named for Bernice Pyke, a women’s prominent suffragist and the first woman ever elected to be a delegate to a national political convention.

The park is a great place for residents and downtown workers to get outside and enjoy a picnic or just to sit and relax. In recent years, the park has hosted the Tree Giveaway event that features tree planting demonstrations.
