The review of the approved Preliminary Plan was deferred (continued) until the next meeting which will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 5:30pm.
Additionally, on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at 5:30pm CASTO and North Pointe Realty will be hosting a Neighborhood meeting to discuss their proposed plans for the downtown development site. They will be sharing details about the proposed development, allowing neighbors to share their thoughts, and answering questions. The meeting will take place at the Roundstone Insurance office, 15422 Detroit Ave.
