Located at the Cove Community Center, the Lakewood Area Collaborative provides free, optional programs and support for families with children under age 18 (or under 21 with a disability).

We proudly serve families living in:

Family Enrichment Activities

Enjoy free, fun, and engaging activities designed for the whole family to share together.

Kinship Support

A welcoming group for individuals providing full-time care for a child of a relative or friend.

ME/WE Family Education & Support Group

A safe and supportive space for adults affected by a loved one’s substance abuse.

Parenting Education

Educational series that promote healthy parenting from birth through age 18, including:

  • First Five Years
  • School Age
  • Teen

Community-Based Services

Case Management

Meet one-on-one with our staff to assess your family’s strengths, needs, and goals. Together, we’ll connect you with the right resources to help you succeed.

Advocacy

We help families access, navigate, and coordinate systems such as schools, legal services, and human service agencies to promote long-term family sustainability.
