Event Overview
Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese practice that integrates coordinated physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused intention to promote health and vitality. It is essentially a form of "moving meditation" designed to balance the body's energy and reduce stress.
Our seated Adaptive Qi Gong class offers gentle flowing movements coordinated with the breath to support relaxation, balance and overall well-being.
The class fee is $2, payable to the instructor that day. Open to everyone; no pre-registration is required!
