Each year, the City of Lakewood’s Engineering and Construction Divison undertakes repaving projects in select areas of the city. Streets are chosen for repaving based on several factors including current pavement conditions, traffic volume, and conjunction with other infrastructure improvements (e.g., gas line upgrades, water main and sewer projects).
This interactive map shows the total planned infrastructure projects in Lakewood for the current year. The map is updated on our website every spring (around April or May) once contracts have been completed.
